If I have learned one thing over the years, it would be the power of gratitude.
Gratitude offers the perspective to evaluate current position(s), to make better plans for now, and for later. It potentially increases a healthy outlook towards life, and can significantly really help to minimize regrettable life decisions.
If you are not “grumble” personified, take a step back with a pen and paper, identify things that you are grateful for, and work from there. Move forward based on the things you have listed, making plans for how you can be better and improve your situation.
